Miele Center Panama S. A. is a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the Republic of Panama.
It is registered at 155625374 in the Commercial Registry since March 10, 2016.
The present provisions regulate the use of the Internet portal service (hereinafter, the ‘Portal’) that Miele Center Panama S. A. makes available to Internet users.
Access to this website or its use in any form implies the acceptance of each and every one of these general conditions of use.

Intellectual and industrial property
All the contents of the Portal, including but not limited to the distinctive signs, texts, photographs, software, technology and other contents, both audiovisual and sound, are industrial and intellectual property of Miele Center Panama S. A. or third parties, and none of the exploitation rights recognized by the current regulations on industrial and intellectual property on them may be understood as assigned to the user. Only those that are strictly necessary for the use of the Portal will be understood to be authorized.

4. Exclusion of liability
Miele Center Panama S. A., will not be responsible in case of service interruptions, delays, errors, malfunctioning of the same and, in general, inconveniences that have their origin in causes beyond the control of Miele Center Panama S. A. and/or due to a willful or negligent action of the user and/or due to force majeure, such as: failure of third parties, operators or service companies, lack of access to third party networks, failures caused by natural phenomena, blackouts, etc., the attack of hackers; the user is responsible for the availability of adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
For all litigious matters or those related to the Miele Center Panama S. A. web site, the Panamanian legislation will be applicable, being competent for the resolution of all conflicts derived or related to the use of this web site, the Courts and Tribunals of Panama.
